Hey, I'm Dawn. I am a registered dietitian and endurance athlete. I love to mountain bike, run and cross country ski. I've completed 19 marathons, the MG mini (2022, 2024), the MG50 Bike and the Noquemanon 50K. This year, I'm toeing the line at the MGX in the duathlon.
I love all things endurance events, self-supported are even better! I'll teach you everything I know and help you dial in your nutrition for the big day. You focus on practicing your nutrition & leave the dorking out over the drop bag spreadsheet to me.
