Registered Dietitian + Athlete
Hey, I'm Dawn. I am a registered dietitian and endurance athlete. I love to mountain bike, run and cross country ski. I've completed 19 marathons, the Marji Gesick (mini) and the Noquemanon 50K. This year, I'm toeing the line at the Marji Gesick MTB50.
I love all things endurance events, self-supported are even better! I'll teach you the tools you need to dial in your event nutrition. You focus on practicing your nutrition & leave the dorking out over the drop bag spreadsheet to me.

“Thank you for your help in preparing. Your advice and coaching early on was a huge help. It takes a team to finish a marathon and I'm so glad you were a part of it!”
First Time Marathon Finisher“I took a ton of your advice today for a long ride. I was starting to feel tired so stopped and had a PickyBar. At first my stomach hurt but I gave it a couple minutes before taking off again and a few minutes later had a second win and the second half of my ride was fabulous!”
